How about a new journal section?

I have seen this on other sites, where by you can start a thread, which is within a section called Journals (duhh).

I don't think i need to expand, but it could be quite good, both for us as individuals/business people/marketeers and for the forum/community, to have regularly updated threads, talking about people's progress.

Obviously they could start a blog and do it that way, but lets be honest, most of what ever anyone types into their blog, if they're a member here, will probably end up being retyped into the forum anyway.

I think it sounds good and possibly a nice productive new area for the forum.

well, although i personally dont think i will be using this feature. at least not anytime soon anyway...i dont know how many people will benefit from this but....


i do frequent the famous bodybuilding.com

they offer an excellent example of what, in essence is an online store, can be so much more. they have an article database, forum/social network, image hosting, reviews, competitions, transformations, interviews and almost everything you can think of somehow spinned to relate to bodybuilding.

i think a journal section would be kind of nice so we can read the multiple journals we are interested in from one place, it ends up being hectic and hard to find the journal you want to read if it hasnt been updated lately.

along with the bodybuilding.com social network, each member's profile has a blog enabled on it where they can write what they want.

brilliant. shouldnt be too hard to have this on our profiles here... but regular threads will have to be added to the "blackhat lounge" section for example to publicize the journals..

seems like a good idea, only thing we have to contemplate is:
-is this what the members of blackhatworld want/find useful/enriching?
-will this take away from things like monty's beautiful creation?

its a cool idea, but personally, i just dont think it would be a worthwhile addition right now, this forum has alot of other issues to dea with..
but if its what the people want, who am i to stand in your way?
