New Post menu button question

K, here's my question:

Is there a way that this forum lets you filter the forum sections that you would like to see new posts from. So, when I log in and click 'new posts' then only new posts from the forum sections i want will show.

I ask this because sometimes i get distracted by the posts in the Blackhat lounge etc. I end up spending too much time there, instead of reading posts that teach me blackhat.

Some of you will say, ignore the blackhat lounge posts.... Human nature rules me though.. if an interesting thread topic is there.. i will clicky clicky...

No, there is no way. Just do what I do and read all the "New Posts" first, and then go into the lounge if you wish
