Want to start selling

I wanted to start selling something here on BHW, however the mod contact link in the rules page is not working, so I am not sure how I am supposed to go about contacting a mod to get approved. I have PMed Harro with no avail, and am not sure who else I could PM. Any help would be appreciated.
