how long to getting a reply for services thread?

i sent a PM to pofecker 3 days ago with regards to a services thread i created..no offence but just wondering is it normal to wait longer than 3 days?

I PMed Regarding a Service which didnt provide what it promised.Took the money and didnt deliver to the MODS,its been two weeks still no reply. So you can expect more than this.
