Default Sorry, we are not able to process your registration - any idea why?

    Hello everyone,

I ran into a problem when I attempted to create the second of two new Facebook accounts yesterday. After I had created the first and stayed logged into it for about an hour, I switched to a new browser with a proxy setting enabled to create the second. However, when I attempted to go through the steps to register the second account, I received two error messages. Included are screen captures of the first and second notification messages I got after two failed attempts to register for the second account:

The first was this - "Sorry, we are not able to process your registration."

I thought I got the message because I was experiencing a lot of lag on my proxy server last night. So, I tried to register for the account a second time, and got this message instead: "You are ineligible to register for Facebook."

My apologies that the images are so small. I have no idea how to make them bigger so that they're easier to see.

I can't figure out why I would have been blocked from creating the second account. The only possible explanation that occurs to me is that both accounts share the same last name. Given that I used two different ip addresses to access Facebook for creating accounts, does anyone have any other idea as to why I couldn't create the second account last night? Is the second email address a lost cause for use with Facebook? Has Facebook really gotten so vigilant against spammers and "fake" accounts that these kinds of blocks are put in place? I'd appreciate any feedback or suggestions. Thank you!

    Hi Deathwisher,

Thanks for your reply. Is this a problem you've encountered, too?

I'm still so perplexed because I'm not a spammer and I did use two separate browsers and ip addresses to access Facebook. These accounts are for personal use only. The only reasonable way to work around this that occurs to me is to make use of dedicated paid ip services to use Facebook, but I can't see doing that at this point, not with so few accounts. I can see how it would work for someone who is making money by doing so, but I don't fit into that category. Even so, I still can't figure out how accessing Facebook from two browsers with different ip addresses would block one address from being able to access or register for Facebook.

Anyone have any other ideas? Still scratching my head on this one...

Using Proxies is like giving a sign of being spammer. If you'r not spamming or dealing any thing against Facebook TOS, I suggest use the same ip to run accounts.

Really? What about a paid proxy (which is what I use)? I thought it'd be better to use a paid proxy, as I don't use it that often. With Facebook issuing warnings about multiple accounts, I thought it would be better to be safe than sorry.

This is the problem commonly encountered by face book users. The problem you are facing is because of face book security feature which stops using the same emails or the names which had been already used. This face book feature is one of the measures to stop the misuse of the identification by others. now you have no options to use the same id which is already rejected nevertheless you are the rightful owner it is almost impossible for you to get the same id.
