For how much you sell a fan page? 1 mil+ fans

Hi. I have a question.

I have a fan page to sell in the entertainment niche but I don't know how to set the value.

I know that the niche, and audience is important. But how do I specify which niche is worth more in the marketplace?

For example:

How much would you charge for a 1 milion+ fan page in the entertainment niche with US, CA, UK, Australia fans only.

And could anybody tell me which niches are the best to build a fan page for it. I mean which niche is the most responsive?

And another thing. What to do if the fan page is growing 100k fans daily

selling is one thing and its usually generic. I wont pay more for more active, its 1/2$ per 1 k. thats what i would say.

If you want a good Niche to create a viral fanpage, as bad as it may sound, a RIP page, the day MJ passed with in hours of it being announced I had a fb group up and going (I should of never made a group) it went viral almost instantly, did invites to it from about 5 accounts of mine, with in about 2 / 3 hours it was growing at a rate of 50 / 100 every 5 / 10 seconds. Unfortunately when it was created I never had made a group that big and didn't know that once the group reaches a certain size all features are removed from it, like messaging members, sending event invites to them all, in turn making the group useless.

That was the first viral page I have made, since then I have tried many times and have never been able to re-create such huge traffic, so in saying that I would say its all about timing & placement... It has to be perfect...

As for selling, I wouldn't have a clue when you could sell it for, depending on what the niche is, how active it is and what have you... Good luck with it.

It was build with newst most viral fb app and I can build lots of them in no time. So that was the test. and maybe I will plan to start a service which will sell fb pages... dunno.. depends on how they sell and whats the market like..
