I don't really have 400+ accounts but wanted to ask if so and if I promote a fanpage or app and people get redirected outside of fb (redirected as after installing the app or do a share, wall post, or comments. Could fb sue you or contact your cpa manager to close your account?

Lots of marketers manage many FB accounts to promote their page or app to gain traffic. If you post lots of URLs, FB will ban your FB accounts but not your CPA account I think.

You won't get in any trouble for owning 400 PVAs it's what you do with them that will raise flags with your cpa network (depending which one your using). If you are spamming fb with them you may risk getting a C&D from Perkins Coie then you are probably not going to get paid out by your network.

Thats the thing. What are the technique to not spam. I'm mean owning lots of accounts and do anykind of promotion is consider spam right? OR What if I just send out a link that directs to website that talks about a product and just put a cpa offer in it. The question is. Is owning lots of accounts consider spam if you promote with it all together?

If you use the same link to promote at the same time and at the same ip.. i am sure you will get banned...You accounts will be blacklisted and if they caught one of your account and if other accounts are related to the account getting banned.. they will get banned in bunch..
