I don't know how this person make that , I hope ypu know
and I didn't know how I like that page !!!!!! and and others persons ask the admin the same Que. in Arabic "how I like This page?"

Could be like-jacking like other people have said above, or just the page owner buying a ton of likes (real/fake doesn't matter) to his page.

It could be a JS script that likes the page automatically when the user runs the script/installs the plugin.

Just search for the page that you posted in the OP.
Facebook already delete the page and now the page owner is looking for you
