which is the real way to let Facebook close someone else Facebook fanpage?
How many reports must the page get in order to let be banned?

I would say 100-200 a day. Done with proxies, etc.

I have had my fanpages posted in this forum before (not by me) and they usually only last 1-5 hours before deleted...

Is it using CPA, is there anything that would warrant it being deleted besides you just not liking it?

Try both.

Start reporting it with a lot if accounts with some friends inside (30-50).

You should be able to use it also with iMacros, so it'll automatic

Well that's what I was trying not to say, and it is against the rulez, but yeah especially if it is promoting CPA or something clearly against FB tOs. And not just here, there are other places you could post it that would probably get it recognized by FB quickly as well.
