Facebook is removing offline_access permission!

Some accounts don't even have deprecate offline_access in advanced settings and are left without offline_access perm...

They say that the access_token will be set to expire in 60 days without offline_access permission, however check debugger, now tokens expire in 1 hour!

Whats happening?
