Hey guys, I'm sure this has been answered here on BHW but I couldn't find it when searching, so I will apologize in advance.

I can only find old information when it comes to sending a message to all facebook friends on my profile page, even on the FB website they have instructions that seem to be lost with recent updates. People say to create a 'list' but I can't find where 'list' is anywhere - especially not where the instructions say anyway. Can this still be done?

I need to shift people over to my FanPage as I'm about to reach 5000 friends.

Any help is appreciated.

You can't send bulk messages on Facebook this way. Even creating a list doesn't work because as far as I remember the list number is limited (i.e. you can't create a list made of 5000 friends).

One thing you can try is to create an event, invite all friends to that event and then send the message to all people invited to the event. If I recall correctly this can be done, don't know if Facebook changed something.

Try to use FaceDominator. Anyway, if you send 5000 messages all together your account will be disabled.

Try to post on walls instead, invite your friend to the page, share the page in your wall and so on, but DON'T send 5000 message all together, you'll lost your account

I have an app that can do just that. It will make it available for demo by next week.

You can send messages to any number of friends, either all, or any number you want.

It can send all at once, or at a certain rate (like 30-40/hour).

For friends, you can either send directly to inbox, as chat message or post on their wall.

It also saves your session, like you have 2000 friends, you sent to 300 friends today, you can continue the session next time. Thats for preventing roadblocks n your account being suspended for spamming. Simply set the max. number of messages to send in 1 session.

same thing for sending to scraped ids, pages, groups, events etc.

I posted on my wall but out of 5000 about 150 moved over. I think the message would be lost easily in the news feed and people who don't check FB the day I made the wall post, or a few days after that (especially with active friends)

I'm interested in this if it segments it out. I definitely don't want to risk having my account suspended or banned because I've invested too much into it. Have you tested a lot to ensure this will never be an issue?
