I am struggling with my youtube and twitter accounts.

Can anyone help me to customize my youtube Chanel and Twitter Account?? It's very important for me to give a professional look on my channels.
I have seen some teitter ID and Youtube channels with customization. They are really looking great. I think you people are also experienced with these type of accounts. They have highly customized twitter & youtube account with their products.
