WTF is wrong wrong with the bids?

Hey guys i just wanna share, I tried to run my first facebook ads campaign
(at request of my aff manager, he insisted to guide me trough the whole process) but i could not get the bids below $1.95 a click!!

that is freaking ridiculous right? I narrowed the demos down and down but the bid was just too high, does anyone now why do they do this or how to get it down?

i realy doubt someone is profiting from such high bids, if the offers pays like $4
you will need a 50% conversion rate to make some dough (which makes me think it is ridiculous

I got clicks for cpc 0.13 it is not that hard if you are ready to test.
