Hi Blackhatters,

So I was running one CPA (email submit) offer thru a Facebook fan page and got this message from Facebook after about 30 minutes of running the ads:

"Ad Dissaproved: The content promoted in this ad is not permitted on Facebook. We reserve the right to choose the advertisements that appear on the site, and ads for this product or service should not be resubmitted. Please visit our Help Center for more specific information."

The ad was for a Justin Bieber fan page which featured his pic and the following text: "Justin Bieber fan? Visit our page! Go Justin!"

Funny thing is that I have 10 other ads that have the same ad copy, just a different Bieber image, and they are all fine...

After about 1 hour I got this message from FB:

"Hi,

We've noticed that you are currently running Facebook Ads that violate our Advertising Guidelines or Terms of Use.

The content of ads must accurately reflect the product or service advertised. Ads must clearly disclose what actions are required to receive the product or service. The landing page must also explicitly state to what extent a user’s information will be used or distributed.

Please delete any ads that violate these policies within 48 hours to bring your account into compliance with Facebook policies. Continuing to run ads that violate our policies may result in additional action being taken on your account, including possible termination.

If you have questions about ad content that may violate our guidelines, feel free to reply to this email.

Thanks for your cooperation,

The Facebook Ads Team"


Anyway, I'm a little confused what to do? Do I continue to run the remaining ads or shall I just remove all of them and re-submit them?

Also, I don't quite understand what are they talking about, is it the ad itself that they didn't like or the offer I was advertising on the landing page (tab)?

well send them an email and see what happens
sounds like you are getting better treatment than i get
Did they give you a email to respond to or do they want you to use there app
Theres alot of things and some times it just depends on who is reviewing it
Some of their reviewers dont like the way a title is like if their is multiple capital letters and what not
The reviewer sets their own perameters and ads are parsed out for review and ran through their auto review things.

I read this method thing on some one elses blog their only real blog. he got snarky with the reviewer girl and she banned all his ads so be polite in your email. They dont usually let people email them back u usually have to use their embbed applet. A bunch of publisher got pissed last year i think and blew up their inbox.

send them an email and see what happens ...

just submit your ads again on different time. the fb staffs has different review regarding your ads, you can submit 5 to 10 times till get accepted.

hanuta: All of my ads were already accepted but than after I started running them, I got an email from Facebook that one of the previously approved ads was disapproved because it was in violation of their ad guidelines (see above)... now I'm afraid to advertise the same offer on the landing tab because they stated that if I continue to run these ads, my account can get banned so I don't know what to do, I would certainly not want to lose my advertising account...
