Personally I wouldn't market CPA on the actual fanpage itself, it could get deleted or publishing rights revoked. Instead, make a bunch of smaller pages like Frodo Baggins, White Wizard, The Shire, Smigel, ect. then make status updates from the original fanpage encouraging your fans to 'like' the other pages, so the other pages get built up as well.

Then it's all basic CPA marketing, create a "Download LOTR Trilogy Here" with a content locker type thing, or wait until you get a nice viral script and use the fans to spark a snowball effect.

Commision based programs all the way. Maybe amazon.
