facebook virals with blogger navbar - WTF

hey guys, I have seen some viral where guys where using the blogger Navbar and sites were getting redirected to another, because if one was banned it gets redirected to another and so on...

I didn't play much with blogger but just curious why the blogger navbar there on those viral sites..

any feedback ??

Could be one large Iframe - but never got round to removing the navbar.. just a thought
