3rd Party Companies Giving Ad Vouchers?

Hey guys, I tried contacting the facebook ads teams the other day and requested an ad voucher to try out there services. It worked with adwords, go a free $80 voucher so I thought it might work with facebook but it didnt. I got an email back saying they are not aloud to give out vouchers but there are 3rd party companies that do it. I remember the visa business network used to give out vouchers back in the day. Does anybody know of any 3rd party companies giving out vouchers are are valid as of today. Thank you very much.
