VCC will not work - Facebook now detect these even if using on a verified paypal.

Only way now is to use a genuine card - for those who live in USA you can get multiple cards from BOA/CB.

Yes, but Paypal also need plastic real cards. Using virtual cards no matter you use it via paypal Facebook account will detect it and risk an unusual activity bann.

vcc will not work,i discovered a way to get working personal ads accounts and also to get business agency (1000 ads accounts on business manager)
