Any app that tags or posts on walls is short lived unless confirmed by FB to be completely whitehat and they are the ones who decide what is and what isn't.
Every once in a while something will come along that may do slightly better, but they are all getting snubbed by fb very quickly nowadays.
Basically... don't hold your breath for something like this.
