FB Ads: Will they allow this?

i register a domain about lets say iphones, make it look like a blog and i talk about iphones but mostly its for promoting my iphone cpa offers with banners and what not. will facebook allow this for facebook ads? cuz i know theyre super strict bout everything

If you do it right they will take it
