Is this possible with Facebook Ads?

Say someone says 'Car insurance just expired lolz'... Can I target an ad to them?

Can't see it in the settings.

Why not just scrape status updates with something to that effect in it?

I just found this one

It's not possible from within Facebook ads. Such functionality would be great though!
