Good Proxy source to use with facebook

Has anyone got a good proxy source to use with facebook besides, anonymous-proxies, packetflip and yourprivateproxy ?

Lately I see more and more people reporting they've bot banned IP's from well known proxy providers. I've bought from the ones above had not big issues but don't really want to buy and then keep on changing them for working ones. If anyone has a good source please post

How does proxy work, and how can you actually generate one, if buying is the solution, how much does it cost?
