Seriously, anyone who thinks this is not going to get worse needs to wake up.
Myspace did this and now fb which is basically as big as google is doing the same. They are cracking down and will sue anyone they want. They're already filing suits against cpa networks and will just keep moving down the food chain.
They are not going to stop.

Talk to a lawyer. Don't listen to anyone on here. Alot of people suspect that your cpa company will hand over your info to Facebook. It seems pretty right given the circumstances. Certain CPA companies (with leads), I think do in order to try and "protect" themselves. Now they have a lawsuit on their own.
