I found a new method of building up facebook friends today so I decided to give it a try. I started out today and built 5 accounts from the ground up. Everything that I am doing is by hand (not using any software, but still slightly blackhat), and each account will be specifically built to targeted regions with targeted age groups.

So I started building the five accounts about 5 hours ago and spent about an hour on each one. So far, each account has between 200 and 500 friends (all US, english speaking, college aged). The good news is that I am expecting each of them to have somewhere between 2000 and 3000 friends by the end of the week. I also plan on building 5 more accounts each day until I just cannot do it any more.

So my question to you is, when can I start inviting these people to my fan pages without having to worry about getting the ban hammer. Also, I am really new with Facebook (I just built my first account a few months back, and have not built another one until today). I am wanting to know what else I can do to monetize these accounts without having to worry about getting banned.

I have been told that pages get banned all of the time, but once you have thousands of friends, you will always have people to rebuild pages. Can you not just monetize the accounts themselves? Do you have to build fan pages to make money?

Any help would be appreciated!

Your actual account is at higher risk to get banned than fan pages. You could get banned for adding friends too quickly, commenting too much on groups or other peoples newsfeeds (which is a way to monetize without fan pages btw).

Fan pages would only get banned if they violate the terms of service by being overly graphic/sexual, etc. or facebook realizes it is an obvious spam fan page with the fbml code in place, but otherwise it would be pretty safe.

I would definitely make another account that you do not spam with a co admin of the fan pages, I am not sure if the original owner is banned their fan page is banned, but if not then the co admin can take over the fan page so it does not get deleted.

I do not plan on spamming my accounts or my fan pages. I just want to have as many accounts with as many friends as possible. I know that I can sell updates and invites down the road.

the method I am using has me inviting 500-1500 people before even uploading a photo. How can you get banned for adding friends too quickly? When this happens is the ban instant? Meaning if I am adding people too fast I get banned automatically, or will FB look back at an account that was created a few days or weeks ago that was built up too fast and then ban them then?

Does that make sense?

Stop giving so much info on what your doin before facebook finds out. You are ruinnin it for the rest of us. And for the records we are both using the same method

Sorry! Not trying to give too much info. I just want to make sure what I am doing is going to be worth all of the time that I am putting into it. How is this working out for you?

I thought there was an add limit of like 300 per day???

Also @jh0ny90, I highly doubt Facebook cares about BHW enough to pay someone to peruse these forums all day. I mean, maybe I'm wrong but I doubt it.

Chrisnkay I've got an idea of what you might be doing. Don't your accounts hit a warning if you keep doing it?

I have got an idea of what he is doing as well, and if I am correct, this has been around for a while. That is not to say FB could not or would not ban it, but I seriously doubt they troll this forum (or any others for that matter). Not to say that they have never come on this forum (or any other forum), but they have an experienced team on standby that can ban specific methods just by noticing trends to this said specific method on their own website. That is why when a method gets posted here and everyone starts using it, it quickly dies. Most people think it is because FB is patrolling these forums. I could be wrong, but I do not think that is the case. I think it would be more logical to think they are patrolling their own website, lol.

Well yeah, they have 500m users to deal with why the hell would they bother with a bunch of spamming bottom-feeders like us? We don't even dent it.

LOL, I love it. But I know they do have a specific, in house, position that ONLY trolls sits such as this and reports back to the security team on a weekly basis.

God forbid Facebook doesn't catch on to the "adding friends too quickly on accounts without profile pictures" method and ban all of us.

IMHO, and if I am correct on his method, he is not giving anything away.

The funniest thing is people worrying about them finding the method. Let's say Facebook is officially subscibed to following this thread and they Do catch it.

I give it about 3 days before someone finds a new loophole or something and start using it. Where one door closes another door opens.

Push a spammer against a wall and he'll figure out a way through the wall. lol

i have heard various of posts regarding the maximum amount of invites we can do for a day to facebook? i heard its just around 40 - 50 invites a day to avoid ban hammer. is that true?

With all due respect, read the forum. This issue has been covered at least 1,000 times.

Just to tell you i've had account i've added over 3K *method wise* fbmembers without a ban...sometimes i get banned adding merely 600 it's all determined by your approval/ignore rate...which was posted earlier '500' members without a picture...i'm sure it woulda been banned...i do 40-50 accounts a day with this same method(would do more but i work with myspace also)..and end up with 3-4 banned accounts..sometimes more if I want just want a spike in my cpa stats to make me feel good
