Possible? I have foxyproxy , but i cant seem to figure it out... any other ways?

use profiles, and then there is plugin for profile switcher!

Each profile can have different proxy then you can have multiple instances of firefox using different proxy, but not sure about tabs

Or use chrome with attributes like

C:\Users\xxxxx\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe --proxy-server=199.99.99.999:99999

You can so take in all desktop shortcuts your different proxy...i didn't know a chance with FF/tabs

install chrome, change the shortcut on your desktop with

....chrome.exe --proxy-server=199.99.99.999:99999

duplicate how often u like and how many proxy-serves u have

exactly like that? Then replace numbers?

if you install, chrome makes an shortcut on your desktop (normally),
rightclick no this shortcut, than properties.
Than you see the targetlink, like:

C:\Users\xxxxxx\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe

(if you install in the standart path)

add after the chrome.exe

blank and than --proxy-server=IP:port

looks like:

C:\Users\xxxxxxxx\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe --proxy-server=ip:56025

Just tried that exactly and it didnt work

this is exactly how you do it for firefox,
Code:
http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/internet/firefox/use-multiple-firefox-profiles-at-the-same-time/
Multiple profiles = multiple proxies (if you set unique proxy for each profile)

Just tried that exactly and it didnt work

Than you are not able to do it, as i have written.

Sorry, its not possible to make it more explicit as i have posted and i didn't make no screenshots if you can't click the right mousebutton and add some stupid options to a shortcutlink

A very simple way to do this is to create the profiles, then use the profile manager for easy access. I could give you a step by step but I don't know what OS your using. I am using win7.

Read the small tut here:

h**p://lifehacker.com/5481213/master-multiple-firefox-profiles-for-more-productive-browsing

Get the firefox extension here:

h**ps://nic-nac-project.de/~kaosmos/index-en.html#profname

The extension does work with 3.6

I find it to be an easier way to launch different profiles.

Also, I have not found a solution as of yet for setting up the profiles in tabs, but using win7 as I am I'm not too concerned because I can access the different profiles just as easy.;

By far the easiest way to do this is by using Ghost Browser and Ghost Proxy Control extension.

Why are we reviving 8 year old thread that was revived a year ago?
