Adding FB Fans

Any recommendations for Page Fan adding as far as services go? I have various bots and could go that route, but would prefer having this done externally so I can focus on other things. We have a page which needs Fans specifically from Los Angeles (ie: profiles based in LA, or belong to LA-based Fan pages such as LA Lakers). There was one service on BHW not long ago that offered Fan adding but it flamed out, didn't deliver. Any suggestion is helpful.
