Red face 21073 friend invitations sent in facebook. What do you think?

So I was testing the function of sending friend requests with mails in facebook and I splitted a big list into 100 mails but apparently I didn't do it right cause when I copy pasted the emails of one of this list and sent it this appeared :

Do you think I am going to have problems for sending too many invitations? I read in a method that you can send any amount of invitations if you put the email adress but it recommended sending in bulks of 100 adresses.

Any thoughts?

I invited 45K FB users to a new profile (All optins came from FB so 99% of the emails were FB emails).

I got 5K members overnight, by the next evening my account had been blocked when I logged in. It asked me to read through a couple of pages of terms which I just clicked next page, next page on, then I was bk on FB.

Ok so I am less worried now On a side note, I noticed an apparent bug of facebook (among the many ones it has XD ) when I go to 'profile' my profile photo disappears and when i switch to my name it appears and also the other way round...Also I changed the language to english uk and some parts are still in spanish and sometimes it even changes to spanish and it also appears the announcement that I haven't confirmed the email adress which I have. I registered using a hotmail adress cause gmail is asking for a cellphone to send a verification code s*it. Anyone know a workaround to this?

Edit: I have tried clearing the cookies (even with ccleaner) and changing ip.

I don't understand this part 'It asked me to read through a couple of pages of terms which I just clicked next page, next page on, then I was bk on FB.'

It means after you went over all the terms you were still blocked in facebook or that you could access to your account again without anymore problems?

You will get a warning
And if you do it again your account will be suspended
Use it with new accounts
not the old ones

Ok and do you know about this? :

Well, up to now I have around 140 friends and nothing happened...I will eventually report here if I am blocked. Anyway if that happens I will have learned a lesson. What I noticed is that although I verified my account with a hotmail mail, in order to invite new friends individually it asks for a captcha and to avoid it it asks for a cellphone number to verify the account. But with my personal account I don't recall having to do that, is it that facebook changed their rules recently?

By the way I have searched and I didn't find a script to invite all our friends to a group. What I found are scripts to invite friends to an application:

http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/43682
http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/55787
http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/60746

but are any of these useful to invite friends to groups? Thanks for your help!

The problem with the groups seems to have been solved. Anyway I have been doing the same method of adding friends from mass add lists from Mafia Wars with other accounts, for instance yesterday I did it with one and I added 8000+ friends but in a day I got 80. This is weird as one commented before because I even followed the instructions at the beginning of each thread like adding in the message 'Mafia Wars add me' and so on. My theory is that maybe facebook doesn't actually send all the invitations at once but it rather spaces them in time. This already happens with group invitations when I send with my personal account an invitation to my 300 friends facebook says something like 'All invitations sent. Some will take longer to arrive'

Anybody has some thoughts to share about this?

@gimme4free: I am missing something? As I wrote before I invited people from add me groups and I heard they accept you within minutes but I got 80 out of 8,000 and you said you got 5,000 overnight :P

Just out of curiosity, how do you guys have 45,000 e-mails of Facebook users that you can just enter in to invite as friends?

Are these just your own personal e-mail lists that you either created or bought or is there something I'm missing here?

I am also looking for ideas to get friends quickly on my new Facebook account.

Thanks!

My account that got warned and then reopened has now also been banned. Probably not the best idea to send out 45K invites at once lol!

I am sorry for you But it's like this in blackhat I suppose. One have to automate all that can be automated in order to save time to start again. I saw in a video (which I've been searching to see it again :P ) that in order to be "under the radar" the best is to send invitations in bulk of 100 or 200 friends but all the invites that you can per day but maybe is better to use common sense and not to send more than 1000 per day, just my 2 cents. I'm gonna test it and report the results.

Well a week has gone by and in the accounts I created I got on average 250 friends. I don't know if this is a good thing or bad because I sent in each one 5000+ invitations to mail lists from mafia wars add me groups. What do you think? Any suggestions?

I had 5001 friends in 3/4 hours when I invited 45K but they were targeted FB users.

I guess that if you don't check your account, facebook doesn't add new friends because in the first day I got around 100 friends and I had like 50 notifications. At the end of the week I had around 300 friends and 50 notifications. I don't know if it has something to do though. Another thing that I noticed was that with some lists taken from add me groups when I invited people facebook said 'you sent **** invitations to join facebook'. That means it were people that weren't registered in facebook? If so, the individual that posted that list is a lier cause he/she pretended that it was a list of mafia/mob war users!!

PS: Is it me or the multiquote isn't functioning? I had to quote one message copy it and quote the other one.

Well I have just logged in a facebook account that 5 hours before had 138 friends and now it has 203. I know that it's weekend and more people log into their accounts but I mean, 4 days = 138 friends and now 5 hours = 65 friends? Mmm, I guess that you have to check your account to continue receiving friends.

Haha it's possible to have 45,000 real friends that you know. My guess is they really don't take mass inviting seriously so you should be fine like he said above.

Update: Now after sending thousands of invitations any of the accounts that I have has more than 400 friends. Do anyone know a better method for adding friends than mass adds or can give me some guidance on this? I also noticed that in some accounts I had less friends than what I had the last time I checked them, any thoughts about this?

it's annoying to joining many groups just to find that list of emails..
why can't somebody just share it in here?

I'm not dealing in the thousands of invites arena, but I do have a feeling the amount of invites that you can send without a sending up a red flag is directly related to how long you spend on facebook.

I use one of the popular facebook blaster bomber software packages. In the morning I set it to send out 40 friend requests splitting each request by a 2-3 second delay. Then I up the limit on the friend requests to about 4000 or so and set the delay between requests to about 5-6.5 minutes. I let it run like this all damn day. Then before I go to bed I go back to sending out 40 requests with the 2-3 delay between followed by the 1 request every 5 minutes.

In the last 3 days I have gotten about 150 new friends. Nothing phenomenal, but it's safe. You gotta remember that just because you send out a request doesn't mean the the person will see the rquest until they check email/facebook.

I also use some blog commenting software in which I automatically post on blogs in my niche and use my facebook page as the link for the comment. I've gotten a few friends that way too.

I also use socialoomph to trickle tweets into my twitter account which then drops into my facebook account. I don't know if that helps or not.

I am pretty sure that your activity on facebook is directly related to how many friend requests you can send out.
