Default Should I change my IP while logging into different FB accounts?

Or while creating new accounts?

what? yes you should, probably not for every account but as you get more you want to, unless someone can vouch for having like 30 accounts on one IP I stand by this, but I am guess you are only talking about a few accounts but I think they may still ban your IP if they don't like your activity.

To say they don't track IPs at all is dead wrong as any basic website analytics software records IPs so maybe they don't actively check against it but if something big goes down and they come looking for you the information is definitely there for them to check.

Facebook currently do not track ips.

But if you are making a lot of facebook accounts, take care of below mention methods
1. While creating facebook account, do not give same type password or date of birth in each profile
2. Do not send any short note with friend request
3. If you want to post comments in various mafia war groups, do 15 comments per day from a single facebook account

Actually facebook is not bother about IPs and Accounts until your activity does not annoy them. In my university campus students have opened at least 1000 accounts from a single IP(from computer of Cyber Cafe & labs). They did nt clear the cookies too. All the accounts are still alive.
And yes mrxinbollywood is right. who knows when FB will start suspending accounts

Do you think logging into 150 accounts and adding 1 every 3 seconds and only adding 30 to each account is going to get me caught?

EDIT: After each add, I also view a random profile and the homepage just to make myself look like a human, sorta. :]

Always best to use different IPs/proxies when creating multiple accounts on any service but that is just MY opinion.

They track passwords? Shouldn't that be encrypted?

anything stored in a data base can be tracked very easy. Just use the right script and you can uncover any suspicious activity in your mysql databases.

As it goes for changing Ip's, If you go by "its better safe than sorry" by all means do what you need to do for your investment. If the FB account really doesn't mean that much to you then who cares, a long as you have a good enough reason to why your Ip is being over-used.. But anything that has value in my opinion should be treated as thou.
