Default Own ISP Smtp question.

Im on a dsl line pppoe, and I can easily change my ip by restarting the modem. My question is can my isp detect that I am the one sending emails(lots of them), Im using there smtp server and I use my neighboors smtp account given by them(same isp). Hope someone could answer my question, thanks in advance.

yes since it would be your ip address. I suggest you use a different smtp server. Not only will you be penalized for spamming, you would be penalized for hacking as well. bad idea imho.

We dont have anti spamming law here in our country, or no clear internet laws at all. I can change ip address though by just restarting the modem. But I just realize that they do log my username and pass when I try to dial. So I guess they can detect me then?

Yes they can detect who is sending out the mail, no matter if you use your account, your neighbors, someone on the other side of town. When you log in, they know where you are logging in from and from what computer.

u should use slipstream web accelerator.Getting a day usersname and password is free.Just ask them to bill you on your home address.
But I will like you to give me SMTP that belongs to your neighbour so that we can share
