Ok I just searched google for email list and got myself some email list. Tried to verify them and got 30k verified. Then I sent an email to all of them using vodamail, all emails sent after a little more than an hour. I earned $200 within 2 days, but the problem is the affiliate company banned me. Please any advice to avoid being banned? I just masked my affiliate link using tinyurl, would a double meta help? Or making my own landing page?

You must cover your steps, by simply sending people right to your aff url will just kill your campaign as you already know.
Next time create a landing page ( I ve seen this kinf od software here) and host it a t a professional hosting service, I have one that has worked wonders for me. Pm me if still needing help I will be glad to help

People may report you as spammer to your affiliate manager. Maybe, you need some trick when you first write to them. Give them some freebie and ask them few questions to know more about their interest. I am sure you will get more targeted treffic and conversion.

But 30k is a lot and big size list. Do you use software or manually searching?

Using tinyURL or any other link cloaker works up to a point. When you land on any sales page, if you click on the Buy Now button, you usually are taken straight to the payment page, whether that be Paypal or Clickbank, and you can easily see the affiliate name or number at or near the bottom of the page. People can easily then inform the company you are an affiliate with that you are spamming. They can also just send the tinyURL link to them complaining of spam and the company will easily determine who is spamming and ban you.

As irancrude and nightmarer have correctly pointed out, you need to send those "verified" emails to a landing/opt-in page by giving them something for free. Once they've opted in, they can no longer accuse you of spam. Then you can send them to the sales page of the product you are an affiliate with.

You have to obey the Can Spam act, or you will not just get banned by the product company, but you could get heavily fined and or go to jail.

30k is not much at all

I personally mail out around 3mil a day. If you need some good lists or bp redirects that will not go down, hit me up! Also if you need a sponsor that will not term you I can help you as well.

Tinyurl will delete your redirects eventually once you get some complaints or send too much traffic to them. Your landing page url is the #1 most important thing in a mailing operation. If your URL dies or hosting goes down, you're going to lose traffic, time, and money.

The method above is spamming. Unless you have permission from the people you are sending the email to, you are spamming.

Spamming is not illegal (at least not in the U.S.), but it is not encouraged.
