Need to send mass emails? Min 20k per day

I have a mailing software that send up to 5 million emails per hour with 3 dedicated mailing servers and 64 rotating ips for mailing.

Always ask for a seed test to see if he can hit your emails upfront.
Set up some tough ones like AOL, HOTMAIL, YAHOO, don't settle for that "GI" general Internet crap.
Is this spam mailing?
Which could have serious repercussions for all involved.
Verify that he is Can Spam compliant.
Just because he clicks the button is no defense if you were to get sued for non Can Spam compliance.
They (anti's, FBI, FTC, ISP's, Microsoft, Yahoo, AOL) will track your links, money trails, and emails looking for you.

Get a contract in writing where he states his Can Spam compliance and practices.

I do have my own list but what I am offering now is you provide the list and I do the email blast. Delivery rate depends on the creative and the quality of the data, but all that can be discussed.
