What you need to do is to find a whois service which also gives you Google PR. I know Domaintools.c0m gives you info on Alexa ranking.

Now, after you found that service you need an automatic crawler that will be suited to your needs and extract the relevant info for you. Probably that crawler will need to use proxies or to connect and disconnect your DSL to change IP.
