Default looking for the cost of a small e-mail list

Hi everyone,

Looking for a price indication for a small e-mail list.
here are the details.

I have an animation movie deal I need to get funded ( so know you know my target market ) so I am looking at an investors list, would not have a problem using a commodities/futures traders investor list.

list size : 10K to 20K
emails address only. ( don't want to pay for the rest ) need at-least 90% still valid address.
from a confirmed opt-in ( ip and date )
2 to 4 years old ( don't want to pay for fresh )

looking to add to my own list, but I figured it might be a good idea to see if I can buy exactly what I desire instead of sending mine out. ( I can only send out about 3500 emails per day so I got to be real sure of every step I do )

I have my own list that is 80K big, of people that are interested in investing in land and other things, but I don't have ip or date ( but they had to do an double opt-in to one of my list) so I know that it's not trade-able.

they call me billygood because I know how to bill them good

for a list that is 10k to 20k in size, email only, most people would give that as a sample in the mailing biz. personally, i wouldnt pay for that, as there is no proof the emails are optin. if you need full data leads for cheap, you can contact me. i do have a rather large database of email only, but you have to be careful when using such emails as its rather difficult to prove to your isp or host that you arent spamming should you receive any complaints.

Well, first off, thank you everyone for offering. Let me make a small change to my request. the opt-in information must be included. this way I can always comply with the can-spam act.

second, I need the seller to have a good reputation on the forum, I just wont risk myself from being black-listed by dealing with someone that might have a mixed up list.

I'm just starting to get into this part of the game, I'm applying a very simple but scientific approach to it. so every step I do has to pass QC ( quality control ). I had a great mentor whom utilized my skills in this approach ( Taguchi Method ) and in exchange he taught me how to utilise e-mail marketing.

I'm just tying real hard to build my lists up quickly but the risk of being black listed by spam filters is extremely high. so don't offer unless you got some decent age and quality reviews about your email lists.

thanks in advance

billygood

don't need realtors, if I needed them I could just dump a state registration file via any state .

I don't know, maybe the post did not state clearly what I was looking for : I wrote

"I have an animation movie deal I need to get funded ( so know you know my target market ) so I am looking at an investors list, would not have a problem using a commodities/futures traders investor list."

we all know Realtors are not investors ( well a very small percentage are ), access to their client list is not available without offering them a cut, and the truth is they mostly suck at selling.

thanks

Billygood

Realtors are not investors? actually they are. I worked for a company that did seminars for them, $399, - $10,000 packages.

again, it's not a pissing contest. Realtor List are a breeze to get, It's just a state filing fee and they send it to you on a CD. "Under Florida law, e-mail addresses are public records." not that difficult.

I deal with Realtors all day long, I can quote fact based on my MLS data.

48% of all transaction ( buy or sell side ) are done by a group of less than 190 Realtors in dade and broward county. that means on any given month where there are 1000 deals this group controls 480 of them on one of the sides Consistently, Month after Month hit and close. Yes they spend money, Yes I have that list myself. ow many realtor are there in Dade ad Broward, slightly less than 90,000 currently active Realtors. that's less than .5 percent, and like I said I have the names of those realtor whom are the consistent transaction realtor. I am contracted out by 2 of them for PPC and SEO services.

Funding a deal means getting someone to write a check for 5 to 10 grand. Realtors are the cheapest bunch of people I have met in my career. Only those near or on the top know it takes, money makes more money.

so I won't touch them for a funding deal, I already have the top realtor list and I have it going back to 2003.

thanks for trying,

billygood
