How can I send out mass emails and not get in trouble. I am going to be sending out dishnetwork ads and directv ads so they are a legit offer I have purchased over 1mil opted in emails and I have a server. I am new to email marketing so I need some advice on how to get this done my isp said I could only do 5000 per hour and thats not enough.
Second, if you want to avoid problem use mercury. That turns your computer into a mail server. I always use mercury when blasting to thousands of yahoogroups.
Not saying you don't know what you're talking about but you signed up to BHW just to make that post and solicit your business. Maybe spend some time on here helping others and they will in turn use your services.

Just be careful if you are sending email from your personal machine, often times you'll find that the email's are either rejected or put into spam if you dont set it up correctly
How many IP addresses are on your server? How much would it cost to purchase the whole C block of IP's? The correct way of setting up your server would be to assign a domain name to each of those IP's, setup the RDNS for those IP's to point back to each domain name and make sure you have the proper SPF records set for the IP's. This way when you send out your mail, you will have it rotating through each of your IP's and using the domain name assigned to that IP as the from address. There are other posts made in the past that myself and others have made in regards to sending bulk mail legally, just use the search feature because it goes more in depth. If you have a lot of yahoo addresses in your list, then I suggest setting up proper domain keys and even apply to try and get whitelisted with yahoo. This will ensure your mail gets into there inbox and not there spam folder or even deleted. Dark Mailer is almost useless, the foot prints it leaves behind are blocked by most servers or it sets the spam assassin score over 5 automatically which will mark your mail as spam and have a harder time being delivered. There is no such thing as load and go anymore when you have that many email addresses.
