Anyone use aWebe*r able to track where your opt-ins came from? I'm not going to make a ton of replicate sites to do this. Just seeing if anyone has been able to do this using just one main site

I have Dyna*tracker but this doesn't seem to be able to accomplish this. I can track how many clicks and how many opt-ins I receive by using Dyna, but I can't actually track which opt-in came from which ad.
