Use any small free email provider (not hotmail, yahoo, google, etc). Use a web proxy or chain them when signing up for the account. Login (still using a web proxy) send your document(s) to whomever you wanted to, log out and your done. Take it a step further and see if you can deactivate the account when you are done. There are also websites that offer temporary email addresses to use for a day or so. Just google them and you will find plenty of them to use.

once i sent a fake email to one of my employees to make it look like bill clinton had emailed her from the white house. she talked about it all day and showed everyone at work the email. finally i told her that she had been punked. it was actually very funny.

have you ever used or just at least herd of gmail or yahoo?
