i found 1 but it says
FanBridge has a no tolerance spam policy. User accounts will be terminated if they send unsolicited email messages.

Double Opt In or Single Opt In?
How many email addresses will you try to send to? Does it have to be sent all at once or can it be packed over time?
Want to sent it from your own email address or of someone else?
