I know that cashtime4ever just wrote (and sold) an ebook dealing with this very topic. It lists some sellers of clean (opt-in) email lists. I have it and would gladly give it to you except that he might not think thats very cool. You could ask him for a copy though. I don't think he would charge you too much for it. Cash seems like a cool guy and I think he might help you out. Don't know for sure though so you'll just have to ask.
