Wink Best email list i have ever come across...

I am not quite sure what to do with it..i do alot of affiliate advertising form various networks (i might use it for that)
but I am trying to get the most bang for this list
its only 6000 emails, BUT 100% work. and the industry they are from is real estate agents, brokers, commercial real estate developers, people with alot of $
im looking for suggestions on what/how should I do this
and last ditch effort is email submits 1-2.00 per shot) so dont suggest this
i was thinking targeted emails (insurance, continuing education, etc)
what is a list like this worth?
thanks

this list is worthless without the right product to push, simple as that. small lists like this can pack a huge punch if you have the right product, so think outside the box and figure it out on your own. Doubt that email submits etc. are the most effective way to get a return on this list/

You better do something quick with it because this industry has literally been changing day by day. Maybe you can push them something to help them in these hard times. Maybe Jobs.

For some reason I don't think job offers would convert with COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE DEVELOPERS. These guys are not realtors, or mortgage brokers ... Knowing your list is almost as important as having a list.

Maybe a should have been more specific for you in my last post. I doubt that some one would really attempt to post jobs to Commercial real estate developers.

This is a broad range of different types of people you have on this list, even though they all deal with real estate. I think the key thing is to find something related to that same niche. This would include any thing on the changing times in the real estate market.

And yes I would even consider jobs searches for the realtors, or anyone having to do with residential realestate, banks, or mortgage company employees.

Maybe you should try to work out some kind of JV with someone with a little more experience in this area...that's what I would try to do anyway.

Hi ya,

Have the people on the list done any of the following:

a) Responded to an offer of yours (e.g. a CPA offer or a survey you've set up)
b) Signed up to be on another list (e.g. a sales techniques for real estate agents e-course or newsletters)
c) Visited a website or blog that you have recommended or own.

I kind of figured that it would be a lil hard to figure out how much your list is worth, without having estimated their responsiveness, their willingness to respond, and of course, their willingness to buy.

Good luck with your list : )

As other members have stated- a quick use of the list is important- The size is good to start with. I suggest you find a digital Real estate product -look through BHW archives. Create a quick form page with the product benefits and a prod image. Give Them the product for their name and email address - Don't sell it- this builds some quick customer good will. Send email form to entire list.

Find another prod- prepare to email those that replied to your first email.
Send a simple thank you for downloading.

Wait a few days-

Create a clean product squeeze page- price the prod low- resend to
entire list. This is a simple technique that seems to work well - with small targeted niche lists.

BHW Archives has everything you need to gain some very quick sales.

- I hope That I have helped

Robbyc

Hey Robbyc, I might be misunderstanding you, but are you saying that its an idea to resell the same product, or do you mean a different one. Other than that, we seem to ahve the same business model.

If you have a solid affiliate manager, talk to them about it.

If you don't know what to promote to them they will give you some
suggestions and one might be a winner.

I did that for a list that I had no idea about and made a nice chunk
of change off their suggestion.

I think starting there would help.

If your affiliate manager is a complete moron, then I don't know what
to tell ya
