I have built a targeted Email List of size 25k emails. The emails belong to Mom, Babyy websites.

Any Idea how to monetize this?

Well you can start with giving free report to your list, and then can track how many people download it. Then you can promote any CB, or CPA product related to your niche. make sure you plan about how your emails to be. remember list is to make money, and not just to make relationship.. Its how big guys do that.

Have someone write an ebook for you and sell it to your list. A prelaunch will also help with the sales.
