This is just a thought, could'nt you send as many emails as you want to...oh say...the UK, Australia, Canada?? If you're not sending emails to U.S. citizens then you're not breaking U.S. spam laws are you?? Anyone know the answer??
It's only the proxy stuff really... anything else you're just "violating somebody's terms of service" you can spew direct can spam compliant email all day long from usa
It is illegal to send spam email from the US. Can Spam is legal, but you have to make sure you follow every little rule they have for it. You will still have antis going after compliant mailers. Tough business in my opinion.
