Doing stupid stuff...account banned....help.

So I was doing some stupid stuff and got my eBay acct suspended for life. My banned account is linked to my PP acct., which is linked to mine and my wife's shared bank acct. My question is; How could we go about setting up an account under my wife's name, so we can keep on rolling? I would like to avoid setting up a stealth account if possible.

Stupid stuff eh well don't do stupid stuff again. And just set up a new paypal with a new bank get a new ip also.
 
I dont think hes going to tell us what this "stupid stuff is"
 
Contact directly with Paypal and Ebay to get the best answer.
 
Ebay is getting very trigger happy these days. I guess its because number of fake sellers are increasing rapidly. You should contact directly ebay and perhaps convince them to unlock your account.

I don't understand what is their strategy of squeezing US sellers and at the same time letting Chinese sellers get away with pretty much anything.

Nope wasn't selling fakes. I have only sold something like 200 items and two of them opened cases against me. I did not respond quickly enough for eBays liking. So they decided to pinch me.
 
I told what it was. I was working today, and just got online. Is anyone going to answer the questions that I asked?
 
Setting up an account in your wife's name would likely lead to that account being linked to your suspended account (due to the names, addresses, the Paypal account, etc). Why do you want to avoid setting up a stealth account? You can set one up and run it more or less like your legit account (minus the mistakes of course) and not have to worry about being linked due to your wife's name/bank account/other things.

You're going to have to start over anyway (you won't be able to use that Paypal account again without linking accounts), so it's best to do so on a clean slate without having to worry about being linked because of using similar details.

No one can suggest you the best solution than creating new account with new paypal and new bank account, open paypal in your wife name, and open her new bank account and this time don't do anymore stupid stuff.
