Paypal help

Hi I just wanna know how can seller prevent any scams for selling digital goods like cd keys etc.

Heres what is happening: Theres a guy who bought from me on ebay and he does have 30 feedback on ebay and he is verified paypal user. He said he can only trasfer via paypal and if I want I can keep key with me for as long as I want(24 days) and when i am sure that trasnfer is safe then email him cd key.

1. Now Im just wondering how long does it take for paypal to actually transfer funds to me so that theres no possibility of chargeback?
2. And also what should I ask him to do when making payment to me on paypal??
3. Since item is digital, I cant add shipment details but can I mark item as shipped? And if he accepts that he received the item then will paypal transfer all the funds to me without any risk of chargeback?
4. Also how long does it take for funds to actually come into my bank account?

1. There is no such thing "no possibility of chargeback" - he can open dispute up to 60 days after the payment.
2. Tell him to right down "for buying cd-key of _____ game that will delivered trough email"
3. While he pay he can choose if there is a need for shipping or no, let him choose no.
4. Unless it's echeck the money will be in your paypal account immediately, you asking about your bank account? that depend on you, you need to withdraw it and then 2-3 days.

The cd-key and the digital selling business is very risky, buyers always can open a dispute and paypal will support there side most of the time.
