Is pay flow required to use my authorize.net merchant account for ebay payments?
It looks like you no longer have to get ebay to approve your merchant account for you to use it as a form of payment for your auctions is this true?
What is the story with Propay does ebay own them? is that why it is allowed as a payment method now?
