Incorrect ebay fees

So i'm going over my account statement and notice ebay has over charged me at least 3 times in the last week on my final fees. On some items its as much as 18%. After about 15 min of explaining i finally got it worked out. The ebay rep was telling me he checked my item and guaranteed it was correct, but i know 4.75 on a 34.99 item aint right. He finally did the math and was like 34.99 times .1 and i said it aint 4.75 and he was like you know what you're right and credited my account the entire final value. Know i'm thinking how many of these have i let go!!!!!!!!

Hmmm Hope that doesn't happen to me. I'll sue them for that
