and can I have multiple eBay account in a computer. One for selling and another one for buying.

VCC is fine , Vanilla or entropay work well .
You can have as many accounts as you want on one computer just create seperate user accounts on your system for each account so no cookie linking .
But if you just want 2 accounts ebay allow this anyway - one for buying and one for selling .

Yes you can use the same paypal no problem .
But the key to remember with having 2 legit ebay accounts is if one gets taken down by them the other also goes down as will the paypal account .
But if your a good buyer and seller and stick to the rules you will be fine.
