So I am limited.. it's a stealth account and I verified it with virtual bank and a VCC.

Now One of the limited appeals is to confirm my location.

So when I click resolve I get the "Add debit or Credit Card" Page.

I have a confirmed location with the VCC I added already. So I tried to re-add it and it says "card is all ready on file, add a new card"

How can I confirm the location again? Anyone know any trick? Could I just add another VCC?

I have no idea what to do. Any help what so ever is appreciated. Thanks.

Are you sure your vcc didnt expired cause most vcc have a short expiring date

No idea but I am limited thats for sure. I need to submit utility bills and all that. (I have that already)

The confirm location is messing me up. What should I do?

this happen because you tried to send money from different ip`s.

No it didn't ...I haven't sent any money to anyone. It got limited after I received a big payment so I didn't even have a chance to send money anywhere.

I'm pretty sure your credit card expired and thats the reason why its not able to send funds out.Add a new vcc confirming your adress and it will be fine

So I can add any VCC? Will I get a call to my confirm number after?

Yes you can add any VCC. Paypal check all transactions bigger than $10, so if the money are from account that is used for scam or something like that you can be limited too.

Where can I buy a cheap vcc just to appeal this part of the limitation?

I contacted you privately about solutions, and I presume it's a US PP stealth account. You need to both use an address verification service VCC (AVS), and also add a real physical address. That's because PP will then ask for phone verification, and if you use a phony number or one that they can't match to a database, they will then send a letter out with a code. You have to input the code to get your account restored.

Alternatively, if you don't want to go through the AVS, phone, snail mail process you'll have to supply them with bill documents that confirm your listed address. Lately PP has been denying appeals using the documents no matter how well done, or even if they're real! That's why you're seeing more Paypal ##$@## type threads.
