Ebay tracking number help

hi!

I have items on ebay that are shipped via first class mail, so not trackable. This means that I can not ever get top rated seller status in the future. I have excellent fb but because of the new rules that will change i need to provide feedback on 90% of my orders.

Does anybody know of a tracking number generator or if I can just make up a # and ebay will take it as tracking number uploaded? I had a seller that wrote something like TRACKING747 in the tracking number slot for my order before. Maybe they did that to keep up with their tracking number uploaded records?

Any ideas?

Since rules have changed, how do we maintain the top-rated sellers badge? Because tracking numbers have to be updated within 24-hours. It's kind of tough. I think inserting wrong or random tracking numbers could also cause problems, maybe and maybe not.

Yea I had a seller do this for a digital image that I purchased so maybe this is how they are keeping up with the top-rated seller staus?

Digital Item. Maybe, but I think eBay will not allow this to happen. Maybe someone experienced with this can help us out?

Wondering the samething. What about coupon sellers and other that just mail out with a plain old envelope and stamp.

I know this will definitely cause problems. I tried ebay to ebay dropshipping . I would post an item then buy from another seller for cheaper. When the seller upload tracking info i tried to upload it for buyer. Ebay bot replied this was incorrect tracking number and after so many errors I risked account getting banned.

I can list 200 items 7200 $ month limit but cannot find quality dropshipper to make profit. I would be fine with 1500$ profit but all of the items i find on amazon are higher than ebayy.

If the end justify means. You are making good profit then i would forget about topseller on that account and make profit and invest in another account
