this guy give me negative feedback and i want to resolve the problem,
he got broken item and i want to do full refund , but i call all day before 7 days ago and this phone number not answer " Phone:
(502) 290-5445 " - this the phone number from ebay information.

Some people are just jerks. If you're selling a lot on eBay, your competitors will buy from you and give you neg just to slow you down.

Better to move on, explain it in a response, and people will understand.

Maybe you should consider deleting the thread. Posting somebody else's information up on a forum is never a good idea.
