Im in Srilanka and Im creating an USA ebay account.
To do so, should i have AVS VCCs? do u know anywhere to buy them cheaper?
Or is there any other methods?

Should i use an USA ip to sell on ebay with my fake account?
If i court during selling, that im having multiple accounts, will it be the END of everything, i mean paypal,ebay,credtcard?

Im selling microsoft software keys. So i need everything to be fake as possible.
